The figure on your screen is the pool — civil and electromechanical works together. Anything you added is quoted beside it, never inside it, so you can add or drop an extra without the pool's price moving.
Electromechanical Works
Pumps, filters, pipework, valves and controls, sized from your pool's own volume and turnover requirement.
Extras
Jacuzzi, fountain, lighting, glass and the rest — quoted line by line and billed separately from the pool.

Consultation
We start by understanding the site, the brief, and how the space will be used — residential or commercial — before any design work begins.

Design & Engineering
Structural, hydraulic and mechanical engineering run alongside the architectural design, so the finished water feature performs as well as it looks.

Construction
Structural work, waterproofing and civil construction proceed from engineered drawings, with our own teams coordinating every trade on site.

Equipment & Finishing
Filtration, pumps, heating, lighting and automation are installed and commissioned alongside tiling, decking and surface finishes.

Systems are tested, balanced and documented before handover, with maintenance support in place to keep performance consistent over time.

What the Number Means
It comes from the same rate book our estimators price from, so it is a real figure rather than a range — but it is priced off what you typed, not off your site. Ground conditions, access and levels can move it. We confirm everything on a site visit before anything is signed.
Only our supervision of it. In the standard offer your contractor performs the excavation and ARC supervises. If you'd rather we did the whole thing, tick Full Excavation Works in the extras and it's priced in.
You'll still get a figure, but treat it as indicative. Sites outside Greater Cairo carry travel, accommodation and supervision costs that depend on exactly where you are, and we confirm those after a visit.
Because that is how ARC's offers are written. The headline total covers the pool — civil and electromechanical works. Extras are a separate section so you can add or drop any of them without the pool's price moving.
One week. Material and equipment prices move -- and the Egyptian pound moves with them -- so we would rather re-price than quietly honour a stale number. The offer itself states the period that applies to it.
